"Cool spot, but the crowding was frustrating"
I liked the old theater vibe of the place, and it definitely has some charm. That said, the lobby felt really packed and loud, which made it kind of stressful before the show. The seats were fine and the overall atmosphere was decent, but I wish they were clearer about what to expect instead of just giving vague promises about a “comfortable experience.” It wasn’t bad, just not quite as smooth as I hoped.

"Could barely see the stage"
The seats were way too cramped, and the sightlines were awful. I felt like I could only see half the stage for most of the show. When I brought it up, I just got one of those canned apologies that didn’t actually address anything, which made it even more frustrating.

"I was looking forward to the event..."
I was looking forward to the event, but the sound quality was bad. The acoustics made it hard to hear clearly, and it ended up taking a lot away from the overall experience

"Really frustrating ticket checkout"
I tried buying tickets through New York City Center and the checkout just kept freezing, freezing, freezing. It finally went through after a while, but then the extra fees showed up super late in the process, which was annoying. I also couldn’t choose the seats I actually wanted. Customer service did get back to me, but it was slow, like really slow. Overall it was just a frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d use it again

"Fun to Watch, But the Sound Was a Little Off"
I had a good time overall, the dancing was really good, and I kept thinking, okay, they’re definitely talented. But then the sound would feel a bit uneven in spots, and I found myself getting distracted by it. Like, I wanted to just stay fully into the performance, but my brain kept going, wait, why does that part sound louder than the rest? Still a good show, just not as polished as I was hoping

"Really disappointing visit, was it just me?"
I don’t know if I caught them on a bad day or what, but the staff came off really rude and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I felt ignored most of the time I was there, which was frustrating. Maybe others have had a better experience, but I definitely don’t feel like going back.
